maybe it's an xwidget or OS related. it should work fine with the default configuration of your OS.

Really nice widget. I just have an issue with the profile picture. It stays transparent. Could you please tell me how I can fix this?

Ahh thanks a common problem.
First change your profile picture to any other one then apply it.
Next is that change the picture back to the original one, then restart the widget and there we go.

Thanks for your quick reaction. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. The profile image appears for a fraction of a second and then disappears again...
Don't know if you can assist me further.

No problem, I've found it. It seems I had to restart my computer because, today, when starting my computer, my profile picture appeared suddenly!
Yeeehaaa!!!!
